Netservices Assistance Request and Coordination Process
Netservices receives the assistance request: We receive the request from the Insurance or Assistance Company, including specific coverage criteria and limits.
Netservices coordinates services: We leverage our network to arrange appropriate medical services that align with the patient's needs and the insurer's instructions. This includes issuing a Guarantee Letter to the facility, ensuring cashless assistance (except for co-payments).
Netservices communicates updates: We inform both the insurer and the patient about scheduled medical visits or consultations.
Netservices follows up: After the consultation, we provide updates to the insurer on the outcome.
Netservices manages additional requests: If additional services are needed, we submit a medical report to the insurer for authorization.
Netservices facilitates communication: If needed, we arrange medical contact between the treating physician and the insurer for clarification of the report.
